1. How to customize fridge magnets?
You can send us a detailed picture or information of the character or animal you want to commission and your idea via Instagram or email, our Instagram page is picodiy and our email is commission@picodiy.com.

2. If I want to customize a fridge magnet, what information do I need to provide?

You will need to provide the following information.
A. If you choose to make only the head, then I need the full reference picture of the head of the person or animal, which contains the expression.
B. If you choose to make a bust, then I need a complete reference image of the upper body, including expression and pose.
C. If you have your own ideas, you can clearly describe your ideas with pictures or words.

3. Approximately how long does it take to make? About how long is the delivery?
The production time will generally depend on our order quantity, because it is 100% handmade, but we will usually finish them within 3 weeks, and the shipping time will take about 2-3 weeks for most countries around the world, they will be shipped to you from Hong Kong.
